That’s the log file that I copy and pasted. Someone help me, I feel clueless.

Welcome to the community @ProSniper80.

Please could you follow these steps and see if anything changes:

  1. Delete the setup launcher that you have already downloaded.

  2. Turn off your antivirus program, even if it’s the default Windows Defender.

  3. Download Horizon again: https://www.wemod.com/horizon. Then install it.

  4. If the installation is successful, make sure you add Horizon as an exception in your antivirus before launching it.

The main cause of the software failing to install is due to antivirus programs interfering with the software and potentially giving it a false positive. Keep us updated.

(I edited your post to add the log into a spoiler for the sake of people not having to scroll so much. )

I did everything you typed in your reply but it seems that doesn’t solve the problem. I even uninstall my antivirus.

Thank you for the update.

Aside from antivirus interference, error code 0x80070570 is also triggered on Windows 10 and below when there is an issue on the hard drive that is preventing files from copying, downloading or deleting.

There are several support articles online that’ll help resolve this. Here are three popular results:

You can always try creating another local account called Test and run the installer from that account. I would suggest a clean download once logged into the other account.

This should work since Horizon installs to the C drive under Program (x86) Files which all users share.
If you can install and run Horizon from the new test account, you can switch back to your account and it should run without issue.

Post back with your results
