Tech points only works on electricity and sometimes on mechanics can anyone confirm that the rest are working for them or no?

Hi, I have a rather urgent question. may i know why it doesn’t load the mods?. I do everything as directed, but when I hit the “play” button it starts the game immediately and doesn’t load any mods.
I’ve been using Wemod for a while and it always works. this time I don’t understand what prevents it. Thank you

whats it mean by “To Set Tech Points, you must wait for the trainer to be fully activated before loading a save.”?

some games require the game to be running first before activating wemod, this appears to be one of those.

You cannot set it before you can do something in-game.

what i want in this mod is Unlimited Item and Consumables Uses plus

Set Highlighted Item Quantity can you add that please it would be helpful
