Infinite health, and no grab attack DO NOT work at all. So far I have tested every cheat except the speed ones, and Infinite ammo and flashlight intensity work great, but seem to be the only ones that do. I can’t really tell about the accuracy one, as the enemies seem to port around, and I miss a lot, so not sure there.

Yeah everything works but infinite health and no grab.

Everything works but “No Grab Attack”. Keep getting killed by those creatures with 4 arms lol
The cheat works as intended. Sparkers grab-kill is a game feature. No way around that. It’s programed to do this. You just need to keep your distance.
need a hack timer mod and nitrogen tank mod
Yes trainer work fine till that monster with 4 arms appears then grabs you and kill you… Lol
We need unlimited items and unlimited frost attack
