Can you join someone elses game and use these cheats? Like If im on steam can I join and use on playstation or xbox?

Anyone else having an issue with the mod? As soon as I launch the game almost all mod settings disable. If I launch the game from the mod menu the game starts to load than CTDs. I have the purchased version of the game, Xbox GamePass, game version 2.3 (b9).
