Sadly it no longer works.

My Game version is 1.8.0
Sadly, whenever I start a new game, I try to activate Unlimited Health, Morale, No Thirst-Hunger-Fatigue cheats but the options spontaneously deactivate.

Under the Play button in the trainer is another button labelled History.
Please click this and make sure the most recent trainer in the list is selected.
The trainer was updated to be compatible with the latest game version two days ago. It should be working fine as long as your copy if the game is legitimately purchased from Steam (as opposed to from another store or cracked/pirated) and is up to date.
My trainer is up to date but same problem persists. Of course, my game is bought from STEAM. I checked the lines under PLAY button and it says “9 options 10 days ago” and “9 options 1 year ago”. It seems to be updated but to no avail. Maybe it is because I try to use the cheats after 5mins into the game.
