Does this work with the GTA IV Complete Collection on Steam? I can’t seem to get it to work. TIA

Welcome to the community. 
As the name of the trainer suggests, this was made specifically for Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City.
Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Collection would likely need its own separate trainer.
That’s a shame, the standard GTA IV trainer works with the GTA IV CC. Thank you anyway.

what i mean is if cheats made for the rockstargames launcher to gta iv and episodes from liberty city, is on the ‘‘list’’?
