Ya looks like was a couple updates 24th and 28th.
Stingerr can take a look on updating on his way back around
Can vote in the app to help it along

Is it possible to get additional options? such as contract options, tire options, brake options, engine options,sportmanship options? The additional options would be really nice

Race Bonus Level 0-3 ,
Upgrade Speed Level 0-3 ,
Simultaneous Development Level 0-3,
Pit Stop Efficiency Level 0-3
Prestige Level 0-1000
Attitude Preference : Sportsmanship - Showmanship

Race Option / Car Option :
Tyre Wear - Unlimited
Option to set Tyre Temperature
Option to set Brake Temperature
Option to set Engine Temperature
Fuel Consumption
Option to set Grip Level

No these are made for singleplayer use only.
