I just have a question about anti-cheat. Q: Is it safe to go online after having used the Trainer? Could the app or the trainer leave traces behind, that can trigger anti-cheats? Would it make sense to clean your PC after using Wemod.

Yes, it should be safe to go online as long as your save game does not transfer to your online character. If it does you should start a new save before going online.
No WeMod does not leave traces since it just edits memory. Restart the game after using WeMod and there should be nothing to worry about.
