I found the disc 2 DLC ISO in PAL and downloaded it. Iā€™m now extracting the files from it so you can simply drag each DLC into Horizon and add them to your USB drive. Youā€™ll need a Dishonored title update for them to show up in game. Give you a link after I upload it to Mega.
