After installing new CPU and motherboard, loads of issues with gaming

So, I really don’t know where else to turn. Couldn’t even think of which forums that I belong to I should ask, or if anyone can fix this issue I seem to be having.
It started after I installed new hardware, which is probably where everything bad starts.

I recently installed a new motherboard (link) and a new CPU (link) and then a new powersupply, but I really don’t know if that could be any root problem.

To the problem,
now it seems anytime I play any game, for maybe an hour or more (possibly less) it’ll crash. Doesn’t matter what game, doesn’t matter what I’m doing in that game. It’ll just crash. Sometimes it blames just the .exe for the game but most of the time it blames a .dll that is related to my GPU drivers. I’ve done everything and anything to completely remove all my drivers and cleanse my system and then re-install from scratch.
Then my computer will sometimes BSOD(blue screen of death) blaming the error on dxgmms1, which after doing some research appears to be some sort of DirectX error which could also relate back to my graphics card’s drivers.
Now, I’m hoping that this isn’t directly hardware related, as everyone would hope, but I can’t seem to fix it at all. I’ve resorted to using an older driver than the current one, using version 347.88 instead of the latest 350.12 and that seems to tame the problem more than before but still existing.
