If I am not mistaken, the game is updated frequently, and I don’t know whether they made it harder to mod, have a more robust anti-cheat, but these are some of the only stable modifications.

All Cheats no longer work.
However, i would wait before updating the Trainer. A lot of user reported issues with this update, they might push a hotfix.

Pretty sure Invincibility and other such cheat are no longer possible. AoE2 probably updated their anti-cheat system and, most-likely, can detect those modification.
The current cheats the Trainer offering are very similar to the “Typing” cheats AoE2 already has. My guess is: MrAntiFun is using a similar method to make the game think you are using an in-game cheat instead of a script that alter the game.
Also, be happy that AoE2 dont have the same anti-cheat as AoM:R. Cause AoM:R is able to detect WeMod when its open and will instantly close the game, even in Single Player games.

Haha so I was going to say that the Mod needs to be updated, then got the warning that “These cheats require an update. Please do not post about them being broken!”
So instead I’ll give the developer my sincere gratitude for these cheats. I’ve played Age of Empires 2 since it came out in 1997 and have beaten the campaigns in the Original version. When HD and Definitive Edition came out, I didn’t want to complete them all over again. But with these Wemod tools, I can breeze through them easily, and I won’t lose out on any achievements either for using cheats!
I especially love the Reset Population function and how it sets your population back to 0/200, allowing you to create more than 200 in a campaign with set limits on what you can do.
Thanks again MrAntiFun, I’ve used wemod for other games, but AoE2 is definitely one that I’ve found the most FUN using, haha.

Despite the new updates, the mod is still not being recognized in-game by Age of Empires 2. Will there be any new updates coming soon?

Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, can a new updated trainer (steam) be create please.
I appreciate it is an old game but it is a classic and still very popular.

Hi! Currently, the trainer is #2 in the queue for updating. You can view the queue list by navigating to Upcoming within the WeMod app. If you want to receive a notification once the trainer has completed its update, hit the Notify me button on the trainer within the WeMod app. Also, if you’re a Pro member, you can influence its queue status using Boost.

Hello not working on Xbox
Hey @Udel this is the discussion page for the Steam version of the trainer. The Xbox trainer has been retired and will no longer receive updates.
Why can’t you reintroduce max health, instant training, research and building which were present before? Doesn’t need to be permanent but could just turn on for a moment to avoid being detected.
