Game doesn’t start anymore because Wemod is installed, even when Wemod isn’t running at all.
Running on PC, Windows 11
Edit: it will start when wemod is ended through task manager, but aoe will crash immediately when wemod is started again.

Continuing the discussion from Age of Empires IV Cheats and Trainer for Xbox:
Was working fine for a few months but when I started playing again, it starts crashing the game and wont even start the game. I get the error “Prohibited: WeMod.exe”
Game starts if I completely close down WeMod, but when I try to start WeMod after the game starts, it will crash the game and give me the same error message.
it worked fine as recent as last week for me but having same issue now
same problem for me, the game keeps crashing and the error message above pops up. and now the message in wemod says retired mods… what now??
