Do a clean reinstall of the Wand app
Verify your game files through Steam
Make sure you’re on the latest version of the customizations
Follow the correct launch order by opening the game first before clicking Play in Wand
If the issue still persists please take a short screen recording of what’s happening and send it to support@wand.com so the team can investigate further!
