Salve purtroppo nella procedura di installazione del programma " Horizon " , mi segnala l ’ errore dovuto al mancato file " Setup.msi " !!
come si può risolvere grazie mille
è + di una settimana che riscontro il problema , visto che non è gratuito esigo la risoluzione in tempi brevi .

Buonasera io come antivirus ho Microsoft Security Essentials , invece come sistema operativo ho Windows 7 Professional .
Non mi sembra che lo veda come una minaccia ( virus )
ho provato anche a disattivarlo , però senza avere risultato purtroppo !

No, you don’t need to format your drive but delete the installer and disable your antivirus and try re-downloading and installing that way, It might help. If that doesn’t work maybe @staff can help more than I can. I am just going off of what i had to do before
