In all my games, but this one especially, you have to start it manually. It is wise in this game to at least be in a save game where the map is loaded up also.
You have to manually refresh once you load up a save game and it does freeze things for 2 minutes or more depending on your PC specs, but it should not crash anymore.
You only need to refresh resources if you get new islands after you do it the first time after loading a save game.

DLC Resources have been added to the trainer, so it should affect those now.
In all my testing, things appear to be stable and working if you follow the notes.

Very good work, thank you for your skills, your responsiveness, and the clarity of your answers. On my side, the mod works really well. The game does freeze for around 2 to 4 minutes depending on the size of the island, but honestly itâs very manageable and still greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all the time and energy you put into this mod, it really shows.

I carefully followed the protocol by launching the save before starting the mod.
However, the resource system no longer seems to be working properly.
The resources are not staying at their maximum level anymore, they just keep decreasing instead of remaining unlimited, even though everything is correctly selected in the mod settings, as shown in the screenshot.

This is even after you Refresh Resources with F11? How many islands do you have?
can confirm as above tried it with each one individually and then all at once with a refresh every time between

Alright, I didnât get feedback on the earlier version, but I worked some more on things. I reverted back to the old logic which doesnât take so long when refreshing, but added a few more things to hopefully prevent the crashing that was present in that version.
Please let me know if this works better or not. Unfortunately, I donât have time to play the game for long periods of time to test things, so I appreciate the feedback when I get some.

I tested the game on my side, and unfortunately the game stays frozen and never unlocks again. It has been stuck for 12 minutes now.
Here is my in-game screenshot and a screenshot of the mod settings.
So I canât really tell if the resources are unlimited or not, since the game remains frozen 
I did a second test and the game still freezes. I also didnât get any resource update.
For this second test, I only activated the unlimited resources mod, and I completely closed all background programs on my computer to avoid any interference. My PC configuration is not a bad one either.
Thatâs all the feedback I can give for now. If I can help you with additional testing or information, donât hesitate 
Are you using the latest mod version? It should not freeze for long periods of time as I went back to original code before all my changes with some minor additions.
Also, you are on Windows, correct? You are not using this on Steam deck?
Yes, Iâm definitely using the latest version of the mod. I just tested again with a fresh attempt, but nothing works, the game still stays frozenâŚ
Iâm playing the game through Steam, I donât know if that information can help you.
I also own all the DLCs.
Weird, so was this happening before I started changing things for you as itâs the same code that has been there since November 2025?
For you, I guess you can try the previous version (the other 5/10/2026 version you have shown in your screenshot as that is using the new style code to see if that fixes your issue with getting all resources to be affected by the trainer.
Game was just updated and wand just full crashes game. Please update

Try latest trainer version.
yep just tried today and the game just froze i appreciate the effort your putting in to fix it however (most recent trainer version/as soon as a toggled the resource tab the game froze and stayed frozen for better part of 20 minutes)
