Endless.
Please make sure you are using the latest trainer and that when you refresh resources with F11, that the game is not paused.
I just tested the Steam version and on my Endless game, Money options work after refreshing resources and waiting about 15 seconds.
Tested it again, it works!

Money does not work. Tried exactly as you descriebed.
I can not get this extracted into an application extension am i doing something wrong this is what i get.
Your windows settings are hiding extensions. It should be okay.
does it not work on the campaign?
It worked on campaign mode for me when I played.
