I made a new character so I could play with my cousin who is still level 22. Everything went smooth until I did the “transfer to Manhattan” thing. I thought it took to long so I restarted the game, and now my character is stuck in the beginning area. I never got transferred to Manhattan and I can’t restart the “event”. Yay.
I have created another character now and I’m stuck “connecting” after the cutscene. 15 minutes have passed now. What should I do?
I know that in the past 12 hours, players have been experiencing connection issues across all platforms. Maybe best to try it later, just in case that could be the issue.
Yeah I gave up and played on my main instead. This bug is really annoying because it takes 30+ mins to complete brooklyn and the character becomes useless after this bug.
This has happened to me i just went back to the door you passed and i could just go through it like normal but i could not do the event again i was kicked from the group at the end
good news! There’s actually a second gate that re-activates the cutscene. Here’s a video showing where you will find it.
Guess this bug/glitch isn’t game-breaking after all
