I am planing to copy my brother games and put them on my xbox one with the help of External drive hard

You could game share with him, though. Since he’s your brother I’m sure you can trust him.
Well I internet has a problem with downloading games if he was gonna to share them to me I will end up overloading my modem
I hope there will be some in future
if you make your xbox his home xbox but copy the games off his xbox you would be able to play them with out downloading them
