Anybody know how to fix google play error -20

I was wondering anyone knows how to fix it because ihave been getting it recently and I followed their troubleshooting but didn’t help

How is the storage on your phone? I used to get this on my Galaxy S3 when the memory was full because it was only 16GB. Try deleting some apps or deleting the cache for Play Store.

Google play is Android, a Sony Xperia (not sure the specific model,
And killah there is space and I tried clearing cache, that is part if their troubleshooting guide

ok I have it connected to my PC but i cant find what im looking for

Is your device rooted?
If you have a SD card and your phone has a SD card slot try with that and see if you still get the same issues.
Try going to settings and uninstalling the updates for Google Play Store if you haven’t already.

so i got it kinda fixed (it let me install the game) but how do i transfer photos this way(got like 1.5 gb worth) because with phone connected i see stuff like .android and stuff but beyond those i see no files at all

EDIT: no, it is not rooted.

Have you tried enabling the “show hidden files” option? The files should be there, somewhere…

It would be easier googling this if you would tell us the specific model.

well the model number is D2306 and i do have that option enabled which is why im so confused

okay, so the phone is a sony Xperia M2 running android 5.1.1 lollipop then?

What version of windows are you running on your computer?

win 10 and im not sure about the lollipop parrt it doesnt tell me that

yea i do what that says but i dont see any thing like the photos or anything

i think i found them, most was on main thing but where the photos were was in a folder hidden within another folder

just an idea, don’t know if anyone said it already but I CBA to read all the replies…

Go to your app folder, tap on the play store and clear cache and try again. i had errors with the play store awhile ago and that helped
