will we get banned if we hack for driver level ??? because i really dont want to risk it

Have you uploaded a car to the club?
Have you visited the auction house?
Have you bid in the auction house?
Have you uploaded anything to the storefront?
Have you purchased anything from the storefront?
Have you modified your driver level?
If you have modified your driver level, how much have you gone?
Precisely. All other accounts are fine as long as you don’t mod on them. I imagine further modding would lead to a console ban.

All I did was join a club, and put in a Ultimate Aero and Gallardo
Bought about 3 designs.

That = Ban.
Click “LT” on the menu or whatever to check your messages, probably got on by Turn 10 saying you are banned.
Also, try the clubs.
Not working = banned.

Im guessing my Forza 3 ban went on to Forza 4…

I was just playing online drags and whatnot with my banned account.
As Decal said, it could just mean the servers are down.
But regardless, you get that message whether you’re banned or the servers are down.
Edit: And I believe no bans were carried over to the 4th game. They gave everyone a second chance, as far as I’m aware.
