So, i cant get my horizon to connect to the server, and ive tried everything. So hoping maybe someone who can connect to the server & has diamond will be willing to help out another diamond member.

Ive already tried that. Ive been a member for 5+ years, thanks for the obvious though.
This could be many issues, if you want I could take a further look into it with Teamviewer.
