+1 on this unfortunately the most useful mods aint working
Mine is the same can not use these cheats Unlimited items, durability,spoil and easy craft not working.
It needs an update its currently 18th on the list so expect around these days to get it

After attempting to use the Mega Exp mod in this trainer, i noticed it wasnât working properly. It brings down water and food incredibly fast and the health and stamina are nearly non existent when it is turned on for tames. With all of that said, the mod itself isnât applying the mega exp on top of the other issues. After testing the other mods, it appears that is the only one that isnât working properly. Just wanted to bring it to your attention. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Unlimited health is having some issues. I was getting one shotted in the overseer fight with it activated. All other mods are functioning as intended.
