it’s possible cheats trainer uplay
I have tested the trainer with the Uplay version and it does work. I haven’t tested all the cheats, but some might not work simply because the trainer was created for a different version.
Side note: can a mod merge this with the AC Unity thread, thanks

Hey Guys I have huge problem whit this app. In middle of some mission when i use Ghost Mode it always make game froze and crush. and Yes it happened all time and only why using app so try to fixit to make it useful for us.
