On PC, I have the wemod app for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, but when in game and I press the hotkey for God mode, it does not work. Yes, I do launch the game through wemod.

First of all, make sure your copy of the game is legitimately purchased. Any cracked versions are likely incompatible, which will not be fixed.
If your copy of the game is legit, make sure you are using the correct trainer:

If you bought the game from Steam, use this trainer by MrAntiFun: Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Cheats and Trainer for Steam.
(Do not use the Steam trainer made by STN as his version is likely out of date as he is retired from WeMod). -
If you bought the game from Uplay, use this trainer by STiNGERR: Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Cheats and Trainer for Uplay.

If you bought the game from Origin, there currently is no trainer available, but you can vote for one to be made via the WeMod desktop app.

I have downloaded Stinger’s version of the trainer and it still does not work 
What error message are you getting or what happens? We need more information.
That’s the thing. No error message or anything. The key for unlimited health is number pad one. I press it in game, nothing happens

Did you press the Play button in WeMod first?
Yes. I open Wemod, then I press play inside of the wemod app. I do the same process for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and it works for that.
