If you are on Windows 11 may be a microsoft patch issue. Microsoft even stopped rolling out the windows update to people with Ubisoft games installed
Why does this game crash every other time I play it with the mods?

Is it crashing w/o mods? There is a big deal windows patch problem that was causing Ubisoft games to have poor performance/crashing

None that I am aware of. Ubi fixed some games but not all.

I’m a little desperate, because Assassin’s Valhalla doesn’t work anymore, but it’s quite strange. The game starts normally and I can run through the landscape and act from a distance with bow and arrow, but if I get close to an enemy and fight with him… crashes the game and I end up on the desktop… without Wemod the game runs normally… What have I already done:
reinstalled the game, reinstalled Wemod, reinstalled graphics card drivers, checked Windows updates and much more. Wemod worked optimally until recently. The only thing I have changed is the Windows update to 24H2… do you have an idea?

The 24h2 is most likely the problem Known issues Assassin’s Creed and 24H2. Although I think there was an update today, so they might have fixed it

it works fine for me no issues the only time i had any issues with any assassins creed games was having them on an older harddrive they al work good now they are on a brand new one

unfortunately it doesn’t work for me… no problems without trainers, but as soon as I activate WeMod and go into a fight, I end up on the desktop

Sorry for any inconvenience. If you have time, please try turning off all mods before clicking Play. While in the game (on that same scenario as you described in your post), activate the mods one at a time to see if there is a specific mod causing the game to crash.
The trainer has been tested and passed, and it’s working for others as well. It’s difficult to address the issue when we can’t replicate it on our end. If you could provide additional details or any patterns you’ve noticed, it would help us investigate further.

after the last fix on Steam and Ubisoft the cheats worked wonderfully, now again some Windows update and the same missing, in combat the game crashes with WeMod…
