I think to a certain extend. If there’s a 7 year old boy who doesn’t understand anything, acts immature and plainly stupid, who would apply, then yes.
There might be something in the ToS or something stating an age limit with the general use for website/infinity.
Here we go: (from the ToS) “By using the Web site and/or the Services you represent that you at least eighteen (18) years old, or, for Users who are at least thirteen (13) years old through and including Users who are seventeen (17) years old, are acting with the express permission of your parent or legal guardian, have read and understand the Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as set forth below.”
I might not be a fancy big city lawyer, but I am pretty sure it means that you will need to be at least 13 years old.

By law you have to be at least 13 to use the site that is the youngest you can be. We don’t care as long as you are mature enough to understand what we want of you. It mattered more when beta testers had to sign a nondisclosure agreement so you had to be at least 18.

I would be very happy if I could be a small part of the team. The work that the Infiniy team has already done is just great. I’m looking forward to every new update. Games should I have enough, have up to now a few Trainerstested and everything works without problems.

No as I only really have a Windows store base and not steam
So? Nothing stopping you from applying. “Windows apps” (which should be windows store) is listed in the platform section
You should get Infinity working before applying though.
