Where’s the best place to buy these, preferable together off one site/seller. Don’t really want to order from China and wait 24 days or what ever the ridiculous delivery time is.
Why not just order from a TX reseller?
I didnt find any good place to buy it in Europe when i got my RGH.
Tried out TX where to buy and you get some example sites of where to buy:

Then i found this page, worked fine for me. But its US tho: http://www.modchipcentral.com/store/
Most sites i found in EU, it felt very shady or just overpriced.
Therfore i didnt felt it was worth it and think you should try that page
