The bethesda.net launcher is giving me a very strange bug… This is how it looks after it has started up, I believe in the login screen.:
System specs:
SATELLITE C650-160
Windows 10
Intel® Pentium® Processor T4500
Hard Disk 320GB
2.048 MB DDR3 RAM (1066 MHz)
Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M
Things I have tried to fix the issue:

Reinstalled.

Restarted computer.

Another reinstall from a different installer file.

Ran program in windows 7 compatability mode.

Ran as admin.

Tested it on another SATELLITE C650-160 laptop, same thing there.
I will probably ask the bethesda forums if no one here knows a fix, just thought it would be easier asking here first.
