Hey, Im trying to subscrife to diamond but it keeps saying Billing address doesnt match to your account one wtf is this??
The payment processor checks the address you enter vs the one that the bank has linked to the account. If they don’t match it will be declined. Either try another card or use paypal.
I cant enter any address when im trying to buy diamond it doesnt show up anything
Chris could i update my addres because the message says Your billing address does not match the address on your account. Please update your address or contact your bank. If your card isn’t working, try subscribing with PayPal.
You have to contact your bank or use paypal. There is nothing we can do about that since we use a third party payment processor.
That message means the zip/postal code you entered isn’t valid.
