im pretty sure that you dont entirely get banned from playing bloons when you do mod. from looking it up, it seems like more of a soft ban, where you can still play the game, but if you play online you will be in a hacker pool(games with other accounts flagged for modding/cheats) as well as banned from playng ranked events . but it is pretty stupid to get punished espically for those who arent even modding or they dont use mods to cheat comp.
