BO2 Uprising DLC on Xbox One

Now that BO2 is Backwards compatible with the xbox one, I’ve been trying to use Horizon to put the Uprising DLC on a USB and putting it on the Xbox one, yet I cant see to download it on the xbox one from the USB.

Can anyone help me get this working or atleast give me another way to do this? I know its possible on the 360.

Unless uprising is distributed drm-free it wouldn’t even work for a (default) xbox 360.

Xbox one and 360 uses different files. Backwards compatibility doesn’t necessarily mean a full-blow emulator.
