Borderlands 2 GPD editor help

I used the GPD editor provided in the link following the instructions

I extracted my information needed and went to open it with the editor and I get the error

Unable to load DLL ‘LZO.dll’: The specific module could be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Could someone please help? Or give me a link to a different Borderlands 2 GPD editor if possible.

I have the same exact issue, my editor is the latest version and so is my Horizon but it gives me that error as I try to open the GPD in the editor, I am stumped and need help. I want golden keys, like 65000 of them haha
