i solved the crashes. i get the crashes after i wake pc from sleep/hibernate (tested both). so i need to start my pc session from a fresh reboot and never from sleep etc. i thought it was expo issue since it resolved after i booted back up but it was probably just because i did the reboot (havent turned expo back on yet, ill do it after i finish the game). but if a reboot is not helping for you try turning off ram OC expo/xmp

specs:

5090 rtx latest nvidia driver
64GB ram
9950x3d latest bios and chipset
PBO on and EXPO off
