This is a known bug/issue. I was playing with my friends last night (no mods used at all yet) we dc’d got back in with no issues, then when we logged in this morning to play we all only had 2 skill points to use and 0 points allotted at lvl 15.
Don’t know if its been mentioned but using the Teleport to Way point function makes the gun you have equipped disappear, logging out and back in doesn’t make it reappear either.
Thank you for the help. After restarting the game with Wemod turned off, it finally released me back to a normal portal point.
But I was essentially stuck in a loop of going up and down with the screen fills with grey and the location said to be: terminal District(i determine that I am going up and down because the distance of Trouble keeps going up and down across my screen on loop )
Finally, I found the real reason: for some reason, the save location was set to ‘Terminal District,’ which I still have no idea why (havent gotten anywhere close to there yet.) The location I am teleporting from is probably lower than the map over that area, which caused me to sink right through the ground and become completely stuck.
why is it weird? it is completely normal, you dont gain skill points of infinite, you gain skill points of the x total, so there are exactly X number of skill points needed for all abilities, therefore if you add say 100 skill points then get to 0 and then you set your number back to 100 that isn’t adding 100 more, you are just adding up to 100 since you never actually gained them manually in game. SO you have to fudge the number by setting it to the max needed. Just choose something obscene like 3500 and then do the math when you are maxed out on abilities, to reduce the number by how many is left, ie 3500 and you spend a bunch and have 282 left, you just reduce that 3500 by 282 and there you will at 0.
Not sure why so many people are confused by this in this forum, it’s as though they dont really think it through before complaining.
Outstanding speed on the rollout of the mods for Borderlands 4! Great work! This is why I love WeMod and I tell everyone about this app.
I have had some crashes on startup but it seems to startup correctly if I boot the game and then start wemod after reaching the main menu. I have also had some crashes during game but other users that are not using mods are experience similar crashes so it may just be the game itself needing bug fixes.
The amount of mods on initial release is great. Super happy that we arent waiting for all of the usual mods that we hope to have with most games. I’ll only echo what everyone else is requesting so far and that is Super Loot rate & backpack size increase.
Did anyone tried the skill points option on this? It messed my skill points as in even if i restore it to 0 in game it show i only have 5 skill points even though i am level 22
