Does not activate in story mode
Try to do what it says and deactivate your AV and or windows defender.
Also put the game as an exception there aswell.
You can also try using this: - ICDV2.bat - Works in some cases
I’ve already disabled AV and Windows Defend and continue with error 
It worked before
