Black Ops keeps crashing after the first mission, it might happen to the other missions but I haven’t tried it for them

As stated in the last post of its official thread, the developers added measures to the game that makes cheating in even single player far more difficult, which is likely why you are crashing.
The Call of Duty franchise’s single-player campaigns are not very popular (not very long, nor have much replayability), the main reason people buy the games is for the online matches. And the developers know this, so they neglect single player and focus on the multiplayer elements. Hence the Call of Duty trainers for their single-player campaigns don’t get used often. Some newer Call of Duty titles are also not supported.
