I am new to horizon and I paid for diamond but it still says the it is offline
Disable your antivirus and firewall or add exceptions to allow horizon.

I tried to allow horizon on my firewall and my antivirus and neither one worked! Do you know anyone that might be able to do it for me? That I can trust?
Uninstall the current version you have of horizon then download and install it from here: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php
It still didn’t do anything and once horizon is up it doesn’t give me the option to log in
