it would be easy if we can change some thing on this RPG 
like weapon armor and more talent points

Isn’t the majority of D3 stored server side?
I believe there’s a offline mode for it.
im not sure about this as people modded the 360 version somehow to get items on Xbox one
i do have an offline diablo 3 game and Reaper of Soul but i have tryd to change something but it couldn let me i suppouse it not possible
