When I go to download Horizon, it tell’s me that I cannot download the program. The file is a website files and asks me to use an app on PC, but I have no apps to open up Horizon. I tried selecting file association manager on windows but once again but it wouldn’t let me, it gives me an option to search for a program to allow me to download Horizon. I am using a Tobisha, up to date laptop with windows, please help.

The link popped up, I clicked okay to allow the setup and the box disappeared and has not downloaded or loaded anything.
The link did not work
The link is good. Right click on the setup installer and click on properties, look for the unblock button and click it, now click apply and then OK. Now try installing.
