Hello all, long time, not talk.
I had a question about downloading Horizon on this laptop that I had to reformat. I have Winrar downloaded etc. But whenever I click to download it it just has a page that’s followed by “.website”
Any help with this one?

It actually downloaded and didn’t show up as a website, but I can’t get it to open and start the installation.
Try right clicking the installer and running it as admin.
Already tried that and nothing different.
Right click on the installer, click on properties, look for the Unblock button near the bottom and click it, now click Apply and then OK. Now it should install for you with no issues!
Fortunately, that worked.
Unfortunately, immediately after the download my laptop was just like “nope” and shut off on me. Now I can’t get it to power back up without shutting back off.

Do you have the battery charger plugged in?
Yes. It’s an older laptop I’m using while my personal one is off on vacation. I thought I’d try and use this one for the time being, but it’s been nothing but the same recurring issues.
Too bad. You could try re-installing windows.
