I downloaded the file several times but it does not install when I click on it. I have tried “run as administrator” that made no difference.

Right click on the installer, select properties, and find the ‘Unblock’ button in the lower right corner and click it. Horizon should now install for you. Good luck.
I have unblocked all 3 downloads. Still will not install. I have NET 4.5 is that a problem?
It should still install, but you will need NET 3.5 for it to run properly.
What OS, and what anti virus do you use?
Vista + Norton
Disable Norton during installation. I’ve used the latest version of Horizon on Vista so I can assure you it’s compatible.
