Cannot Install Horizon

Hi All,

I have problem installing Horizon , all net framework from 2.0 until 4.6 already installed still cannot install horizon .
Please help. It show Run Time Error 217 at 76EAA844.

Yes the link you “may have clicked” doesnt work for some users that is the file from tournewvaults.com try the one from my signature or snakes link above when you download on mainpagee you get a zip compressed file with a installer and file.txt well if you download from snakes or my signature you get a horizoninstaller.exe and you can run that
