Make sure you’re using the trainer made by STiNGERR (Conan Exiles Cheats and Trainer for Steam) rather than the one made by MrAntiFun. As, at the time of this post, STiNGERR’s is the most up to date.
Also double check to see if the trainer needs an update (https://support.wemod.com/article/43-how-do-i-request-an-update-for-games).
