Are you sure you are using the correct email and username? The same ones are used to log into the forum here.

Sorry you are having issues. Have you tried adding WeMod as an exception to your AV/Firewall? The same DB is used so if your password works in one place it should work everywhere.
I add it to exceptions in the firewall and it still won’t let me connect
ok I found what the problem was, it was something related to the router.
