I clicked on Horizon-Setup… Nothing happened… 
I really need to mod something. 
It doesn’t download Horizon onto the desktop when I click it…
It doesn’t bring anything up.
I’m using ASUS.
Right click on the Horizon setup, click on properties, look for the Unblock button near the bottom and click it, now click Apply and then Ok. Now when you go to run the installer it should work properly.

Have you updated to the latest version of Horizon?
idk if you guys tried downloading from the home page of horizon but the link and exe file are different and have different sizes… using your link it went to a different set up wizard.
i still haven’t been able to run it after installation, what MS .NET framework is necessary? i can only go as high as 4 with this OS. any other suggestions for this?
Try this NET Framework that is the latest version. I also suggest turning off your Windows FireWall.
Unable to rehash/resign using either installer. Can drag files in. Cannot manipulate them by clicking the info lines. Cursor moves & selects. Cannot change or remove info.
