whenever i try to use wemod, the game opens and then crashes with a steam error and then restarts itself

so ive used it to get money and xp but now my skill point is stuck at 1, nothing works to get more, ive done every race and challenge and get none for doing them, anybody know a fix?

Hi! As long as youâre using the trainer in single-player or offline mode, you should be fine. To ensure everything works smoothly and to minimize any risk of a ban, please make sure to follow the Read Before Playing instructions provided with the trainer.

i meant like if i stopped using the trainer, is it in any way safe to connect to streetnet at all just to race with other people or do you have to abide by the singleplayer only forever

We highly recommend using the trainer in single-player mode only. Developers may detect modded accounts in multiplayer, which could result in a possible ban. While I donât own the game myself, if the game allows multiple save slots, we also suggest using a new save game/file before entering multiplayer mode to avoid any issues.

would the ban be from CarX servers or from Steam itself is what im interested in

If a ban is issued by the game developer, it will be from their server. If itâs issued by VAC, then it will be for Steam. Please note that we do not have a way to check which ban is being issued.

If you dont wanna lose you main acc with bought game go install the crack version is also work with online

So from this response, basically are we being told the creator of this mod has no intention of updating what they currently have broken?
Slight External Update:
Seems Carx dropped an update today that made a slight comment towards modders, at this point I donât suggest modding the content if you plan on playing online at all.
It seems they may go the âMMO Economyâ route and start doing things server side.

From what I know, trainers undergo testing after a game receives an update. Currently, the trainer for this game is already in the testing queue. Once our designated team tests it and identifies any issues, it will be considered for the creator queue if an update is required. Please also keep in mind that the WeMod app is intended for single-player or offline gameplay only. Thanks for understanding.

This is understood, however it has to be noted this game does not have a direct âmultiplayerâ option. Even being offline, youâre still on an online environment so the money when you switch to âonlineâ is the same.
The âghostâ cars you see, are actually online players driving when youâre completely offline you see no âghostâ cars.
Its being indicated basically that there is no difference between offline and online modes with your game data, so i feel the notice should be more âusing this mod in general is a riskâ not just âusing offlineâ

This right here. The game requires connection to start from Steam. You can then go offline and play like that but otherwise it will just show connection error and close. So to speak itâs always online like LXNX said. The description should be changed and some counter measures (like reset of the stats) should be added into the trainer.

Mod has worked great for me so far, only the credit on tuning purchase and game speed worked for me. lets hope there is no ban wave 
Edit: I have not used this as of 09/7/24 and probably will not until i hear it is deemed relatively safe
