I recently copied my Profile ID and Console ID or Device ID to another profile, when i went back to the xbox something went wrong so i deleted both accounts, Now i need one of the profiles back but everytime i try to redownload and it says just Xbox Live profiles not downloadable everytime with a error code, i can make other accounts with email and password and even redownload them, can someone help me please😔
So a corrupt profile got synced with xbox live? And you can’t re-download offline profiles through xbox live.
My xbox live profile wont redownload now due to me copying my Profile ID and Device ID to a Offline account
Delete all accounts on your xbox, clear your hard drive cache then redownload.
Delete all accounts only no items right? Then clear system cache? If that’s what u mean!
Correct. Do NOT delete items, or they will be gone for good.
Alright thanks ill try later and let u know
I would just delete the offline profile in which you copied the ID’s to, not all of the profiles.
If you read my message properly i deleted both profiles which I did the modding to, now I need the Xbox live profile back but it wont let me download it!! Ill delete every other profile on my Xbox like everyone Said and clear the system cache
What error message do you get when you try to recover your accounts?
I tried all the suggestions you guys have offered but still not working, Xbox technical support will by looking into it, When I try to Download my profile the error message says Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded at this time, please try again later with a error code: 401540a9
Also before all this happened I used to play music CD tracks through my Xbox, it normally came up with the songs and artists on the Xbox but now it just says unknown artists and just track 1 track 2 etc… So it might be a problem with the Xbox?
Found this on Xbox.com:
