On Xbox? You don’t. Xbox One and Xbox Series X is currently impossible to modify in order to allow cheating software. Anyone saying they have cheats for these consoles is trying to scam you.
Or on PC? Install WeMod. Search for the game in the desktop software. Then press the Play button.
