How long till the 3 inactive mods are fixed?

Hi, ive noticed that like many have stated before the inventory mods (cigs, ink,parts) still dont work. The steps tell me to use it while im in the inventory which does not work sadly. The blue checkmark icon next to the value changer doesn’t seem to do anything either.
