That is not a bug. You need to level up intelligence to unlock further into the tree. They have a tool tip that says Requires lvl 9 Intelligence or 9 points in intelligence. That means you have to add attribute points to intelligence. I only know this because I did the exact same thing. lol I was like “Why cant I upgrade these?!?” Then realised it required the points in the parent stat.
Also… This is for Kitgaming315. Had the same issue. It is just the infinite health option that makes the blunt weapons not give you points. I went through each cheat and when disabling that for the fight missions it worked. I leveled up my gear and had my gorilla punch hands and I only had one issue where I went into my skill on death revive when fighting the guy with the big ass sniper riffle with exploding rounds. He was almost dead so I got up and went into slow motion and beat him down. Then when I ask him for the gun he immediately gets hostile and I was able to punch his friends down really fast. It got my Blunt weapons maxed. Just have to be quick with your hypo and make sure you get the skill that revives you instantly like a second wind type thing.
It would be great if you could add a Freeze timer for conversation too, i hate that we dont have much time to look some of all choices sometime. kinda annoying when you just want to chill and take your time.
anyone having an issue with using the trainer and bosses being immune. doing the last beat on the brat mission and health is stuck at 100. anyone know how to fix this, restarted the game and tried running without the trainer completely may just be a bug
Can you consider adding a “grant all crafting recipes” activator? I know that it’s one of the more difficult ones to put in and it will probably be a one off, but I haven’t seen anyone request it yet.

This trainer is amazing. Easy to use and it responds well. Only issue I have is melee combat. when fighting unarmed or with the monowire, enemies take no damage. any idea how to get around that other than using bladed weapons or guns? other option of course has been to turn off unlimited health.

i think theres a problem with the health cheat, when i use it my non-lethal weapons deal no damage, i use the steam version, ive verified files, and made sure that everything was up to date
I too am having the unarmed doing no damage issue at all. Also it appears the unlimited attributes cheat doesn’t work. I level up, and can still only distribute the single point.

As I would really like TPP while on foot, was wondering if you could consider adjusting the “camera zoom out” settings to the same values of those while on/in a vehicle.
The game is mighty impressive, but for me, the player character is always the main entertainer in any game. Pretty sure the game will get buggy when zoomed out, but that’s an issue I’ll be glad to live with.
Hey FLiNG is it possible if there is a no quick hack cool down cheat that would be amazing and couldn’t list anything else I need besides teleport to waypoint and no clip! I tried to get back to the town outside night city you start in as a nomad and no matter what even with unlimited health my health drops to 0 and I insta die I wonder if there is a workaround!
